2022 Summit Day Camp
For Campers Entering Grades K-6th

Designed for our local campers currently enrolled in the Summit School District, Keystone Science School Is offering our traditional day camp experience for Summit County Families. Each session follows the same core activities and adventures with a different science theme hidden in each week. Breakfast and lunch are included.
We are pleased to announce that Summit Day Camp, in partnership with the Summit School District, will be moving to the KSS Campus for the summer 2022 season. Summit Day Camp will retain its sliding fee scale, the School District’s support of transportation to and from our campus as well as providing breakfast and lunch.

Science Activites
Each week incorporates unique science activities that make up a small part of the overall camp experience. Campers will have the best summer ever no matter which sessions they choose!
Earth Trek Day
Spend the day out on local trails exploring the science theme, enjoying a picnic, and challenging yourself on a hike.
Community Day
In addition to our normal camp activities, we will have local community superheros come talk and lead an activity, usually focused around the science theme.
Quest Day
We embark on a fun-filled field trip full of exploration and learning.
Skills Day
Develop a variety of traditional summer camp skills, including fishing, biking, arts and crafts, and more.
Camp Day
Wear a costume! Celebrate the theme with culminating activities that tie the week together.
Day Camp Overnight (Optional Add-on)
This is a great opportunity for campers to get out of their comfort zone and have a sleepover with their friends. Campers will play big group games, and have an evening activity like songs, skits, smores. Dinner and breakfast are included. Capacity is limited, enroll early to ensure a spot! Our Staff
All Day Camp staff go through 2 weeks of comprehensive training, have been background checked, hold a Wilderness First Aid/CPR/AED certification at minimum, and have gone through extensive risk management training.
