Professional Development
All staff are given a dedicated training schedule at the beginning of their employment. Continued training throughout employment is available depending on the department and position. It is the goal that all KSS staff members stay current and maintain their skills no matter their department. Along with ongoing training, KSS holds a 2-day staff retreat, departmental training, and monthly seminars about a variety of topics pertinent to non-profit administration or education.
