Testimonials

“I chose to work for Keystone Science School because I want to help shape young minds in a way that allows them to take in the world and pursue whatever course interests them. I want to give them the tools to accomplish their goals.”

– Park Cawley, Discovery Programs Lead Instructor, 2019

“KSS is my home away from home! The best part is that I can share my love of science and nature with kids and give them an amazing camp experience. I don't think I could find another job as personally fulfilling as this one, and I couldn't ask for a better location, or a better group of people to spend my summer with.”

– Emma Tunks, Instructor, 2019

“As an environmental studies and elementary education student in college, I was looking for an opportunity to better combine the two. KSS provides a perfect combination that allows me to bring my passion for outdoor education to the table.”

– Carly Winner, Instructor, 2019

“I work at KSS for the opportunity to experience the magic of nature with a greater sense of purpose. Sharing my passion and knowledge of diverse environments with young students and adults alike gives me hope that they may find inspiration in mother-nature and begin to ask and answer critical questions that will aid in the preservation of our outdoor world.”

– Rachel Ackerman, Instructor, 2015-2016

"Every day I leave this job thinking how lucky I am to be working outdoors with kids, teaching them the unique characteristics of nature and how to take care of it. It’s the dream job."

– Megan Hollenbeck, Instructor, 2014-15
